The mixing machine is suitable for emulsifying cream or cosmetic product in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, foodstuff and chemical industry. This vacuum emulsifying mixer is configured with emulsified tank, storage tanks for oil based material and water based material, vacuum system, hydraulic system, and electric controller. This equipment has following features: easy operation, compact structure, stable performance, good homogenization effect, high production efficiency, convenient cleaning and maintenance, and high automatic control.

• All pipelines and parameters are controlled automatically. High quality electrical systems from well-known brands are used, including Siemens, Schneider.
• Emulsifying tank is with CIP cleaning system, making cleaning easy and effective.
• Emulsifying tank adopts tertiary agitating system, and the whole emulsification processing is performed under a vacuum environment, so it not only can eliminate spume generated in the emulsification processing , but also can avoid the unnecessary pollution.
• The homogenizer adopts the most advanced technology, providing ideal emulsifying effect. The speed of emulsification is 0-3500r/min, and the speed of mixing is 0-65r/min.
• When the upper cover of the emulsifying tank has risen, the stirring device stops working in order not to injure the operator.
• The low speed agitator uses the helical gear. With unique design and the high accuracy processing, it can withstand torque and features prolonged service life.
• A new type mixing axis is used, which is easy to disassemble. When replacing the damaged part, just need to remove the screw. The sealing material is PTFE, which meets the international pharmaceutical and foodstuff standard.
• The high speed emulsifying machine adopts an adjustment system for balance calibration in order to guarantee the remarkable emulsification effect and prolonged service life.
• The emulsifying mixer uses electric heating, with fast heating and no thermal loss due to the energy-saving pipeline. In addition, the equipment is designed with overpressure protection function. All jackets are equipped with glass sight, so that it's easy for observing the liquid level.
