Features

Suitable for ALU/ALU and ALU/PVC packaging;
Can be disassembled for easy transportation, and assembled utilizing dowel pins and fastened by bolts;
Quick and easy changeover of molds;
No waste trimming to save material;
With frequency control of motor speed, the punch frequency reaches 20-60 times/minute;
Manipulator grip feeding mechanism with adjustable strokes of 40-120mm, servo control with adjustable strokes of 20-250mm, ensuring stable running and high accuracy, the length of stroke can be easily adjusted through touch screen;
Heating plates are opened and closed automatically to limit the waste of PVC;
Pneumatic cushion heating mechanism, the upper sealing molds (web plate) is driven by a pneumatic cylinder to rise up when power off, avoiding the blister package deformation caused by heat radiation during the machine stop;
