In May 2018, Jason Lewis, the head of Rapid Dose Therapeutics Inc, contacted us via Skype. He saw our film making machine and film packaging machine on Youtube and wanted to know more about our equipment.
After our initial communication, customers inspected our equipment through online video. On the day of the online video, Jason Lewis and his technical engineers had an in-depth understanding of our equipment, and after internal communication within the company, it was convenient to purchase a set of production lines in June: film making machine, slitting machine and film packaging machine. Because the customer urgently needed equipment for capital verification and certification, we worked overtime and completed the production line in only 30 days, and arranged air transportation to deliver the equipment to the customer's factory as quickly as possible. The customer obtained the approval from the local MOH at the end of August.
In October 2018, due to market demand, the customer's products were expected to expand production next year and purchased 5 sets of equipment again. This time, the customer put forward UL certification requirements for our equipment. We started production and strictly followed UL standards. From learning about UL's standards to completing certification, we spent up to 6 months to complete this high-standard production. Through this certification, our production equipment standards have been raised to a new level.
