Using manipulator holds the traction mechanism, allowing for smooth operation, and accurate synchronization. Due to the use of contact-type heating, the heating power and temperature will be reduced, thus saving energy and increasing the stability of plastics.
Designed with emergency stop function, this keeps the operator safe in the machine debugging.
All parts in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel, meeting the GMP requirements.
